Hospital Security Didn’t Make The Top 10

A leading healthcare publication recently released its Top 10 news stories for 2010. Very important issues were highlighted…healthcare reform, nurse/patient ratios, most frequent medical errors, Medicare reimbursement challenges…all critically important issues that keep healthcare executives on edge each and every day. I must admit to being a bit surprised that the increasing incidences of violence in our hospitals didn‘t garner a mention.
