Government Security Symposium Features Two New Technology Demonstrations
Earlier this week, we introduced you to the security industry experts who were selected to present at tomorrow’s symposium on Federal Government physical security trends, challenges and opportunities. In addition to the insights attendees will receive from the featured speakers, this event will also provide an enriching, educational experience through technology demos on a range of issues relevant for today’s professional in the Federal physical and network security arena. These demonstrations include:
- Proximex Physical Security Information Management (PSIM): It is common for enterprises to deploy physical security systems across their environments from multiple vendors. However, few of these systems can communicate and workers have to setter for manually managing islands of disparate information. The PSIM software solves this problem by enabling enterprises to leverage existing systems and assets while supporting the inclusion of newer technologies in one integrated centralized command and control system. With PSIM, government agencies can transform unmanageable data into useable, actionable information, and provides improved visibility and situational control.
- SAFE from Quantum Secure: SAFE is a new enterprise class software solution that has arisen out of the government industry’s need to reduce costs, meet regulatory requirements and increase security. SAFE consists of a Policy-based Integration Framework combined with administrative and end user tools to address the new Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM) market. This demonstration will show has how SAFE eliminates costly manual processes and automates policy compliance within your agency.
Please join us tomorrow May 17, at the Westin City Center in Washington DC from 8:30 – 4:30pm to see live demonstrations and hear from industry experts on cyber security, identity management and government enterprise physical security.
